Basio Consultants & Services Limited is a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Basio holds a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) Licence issued by the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong.

Basio Consultants & Services Limited 為於香港特別行政區註冊成立之公司。Basio 持有由香港公司註冊處處長簽發的信託或公司服務提供者（TCSP）牌照。

Although Basio holds a TCSP licence, its active business is advisory only. Basio does not carry on the trust or company service business regulated under Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) on behalf of clients.

雖然 Basio 持有 TCSP 牌照，惟其實際業務僅屬顧問性質。Basio 並不代客戶經營《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》（第 615 章）附表 1 第 1 部所規管的信託或公司服務業務。

Scope of Services

服務範圍

Basio provides Business Advisory, Management Consultancy and Immigration Services. In all cases Basio acts as an adviser. Basio does not provide company formation or incorporation, company secretarial services, registered office or correspondence address services, nominee director, shareholder or trustee services, or the filing of statutory returns with the Companies Registry on behalf of clients.

Basio 提供商業顧問、管理顧問及移民服務。在所有情況下，Basio 均以顧問身份行事。Basio 並不提供公司成立或註冊、公司秘書服務、註冊辦事處或通訊地址服務、代名董事、股東或受託人服務，亦不代客戶向公司註冊處提交法定報表。

Where a client requires any such regulated service, Basio will, on a referral basis, introduce the client to an appropriately licensed third-party provider. The regulated service is contracted for and delivered by that third party, not by Basio, and Basio does not act as an arranger or intermediary in respect of it.

如客戶需要任何上述受規管服務，Basio 將按轉介方式，為客戶引薦具備相關牌照的第三方服務提供者。該受規管服務由該第三方訂立合約並提供，而非由 Basio 提供；Basio 亦不就此擔任安排人或中介。
